Terms of Service

1) Services

We provide coaching sessions and related digital materials (“Services”). Coaching is educational and supportive in nature and is not medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your decisions and outcomes.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your province/territory to purchase Services. You agree to provide accurate booking and payment information and to keep it current.

3) Pricing, billing & taxes (CAD)

• All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing (e.g., single sessions, packages, or recurring plans) is displayed at checkout and forms part of your order.
• Applicable taxes (GST/HST/QST/PST) may be added based on your location and the nature of the Service.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase/booking using the payment methods made available on the Site. If you purchase a recurring plan, you authorize us to charge each billing period until you cancel.

4) Booking, rescheduling, cancellations & refunds

• Rescheduling/cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the booking instructions provided. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may be treated as delivered and billed/forfeited.
• Refunds: Completed sessions are non-refundable. Unused, prepaid sessions (if any) may be refundable within 14 days of purchase, less the value of any sessions already delivered and any non-refundable processing fees, where permitted by law.
• Recurring plans: You can cancel future renewals anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated at checkout.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or Services, including by: violating laws; attempting unauthorized access; interfering with security or availability; uploading malicious code; harassing others; or infringing intellectual property.

6) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Site and materials. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our materials without written permission.

7) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, Eldergo Coaching Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for the affected Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Disputes, governing law & venue

Please contact us first to try to resolve disputes informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that any proceedings will be brought in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Changes apply from the “Last updated” date, and to future purchases from the time posted.
